Market Research Interviewer - Car Required - Part Time

Job Description

We are seeking individuals who possess a natural curiosity, enjoy engaging with people, and have access to a car. If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity that will break the monotony of your daily routine. As part of our team, you will have the chance to meet new individuals, explore new locations, and be a part of a journey that challenges the status quo and influences the everyday aspects that impact us all.

At Ipsos UK, we are a globally recognized and leading market research company. We collaborate with a wide range of clients in various sectors, including business, media, research, as well as local and national government. Our commitment to curiosity and collaboration is reflected in our dedication to providing our clients with top-notch insights and data. We work together with our interviewers and clients, united by common goals and open-mindedness.

No experience? Not a problem. Whether you are just starting your career, looking to make a career change, or already have experience in market research, we will provide you with comprehensive training and one-on-one guidance from the moment you join us. Our experienced interviewers will share valuable skills with you, and you will receive thorough project briefings. Additionally, you will have a dedicated New Starter coach to support you during your first six weeks. Starting from day one, we ensure you feel equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

As an essential member of our interviewer panel, your role will involve visiting homes in your local area and potentially beyond to gather the opinions and views of the British public throughout the year. Your talent for persuasion will be utilized to encourage people to participate in our surveys, allowing their opinions to shape the world. Please note that access to a car is a requirement for this role. Although you will typically travel within a 30-mile radius from your home address, we will reimburse your mileage costs. To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve targets. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to choose when you work. However, we do request a minimum commitment of 2-3 days (12-18 hours) per week.

We offer competitive compensation, including guaranteed pay of £12 per hour during the 8-week training period. Additionally, you will receive holiday allowance, pension contributions, and fortnightly pay. Our wellbeing and discount platform provides access to vouchers and savings on everyday items. Once you transition to performance-based pay, you can expect competitive rates within the sector. Average rates range from £14.00 to £17.00 per hour, taking into account evening and weekend hours as specified above. We also cover mileage costs and offer a flexible role that allows you to have control over your working days and hours. This position is ideal for those seeking part-time work with a minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week.

As part of our commitment to support and development, we provide dedicated support teams to assist you. You will undergo an accredited training period with live support, online learning, and one-on-one coaching. We also offer opportunities for career development and progression. Our interviewer communities are accessible through social media and in-person coffee mornings, providing valuable networking opportunities. You will receive face-to-face and remote project briefings to ensure your success in the role.

If you believe you are the right fit for this opportunity and have access to a car, apply now and embark on this journey with us. By completing our award-winning training program, you will gain accreditation and the gratification of knowing that your work makes a difference both locally and nationally. Join us as a game changer.
