We assist our clients in staying ahead of the changes that impact their businesses by navigating complexity and risk. Our team provides deep tax technical, people, and legal expertise while offering critical context to make informed and compliant decisions.
Within the Workforce practice, you will help leading UK and international employers optimize their most valuable asset – their people. This area is diverse, and you may work on projects ranging from defining HR strategies for business leaders to improving workforce effectiveness. You may also assist senior executives with their global personal tax obligations or implement cutting-edge HR technology.
The Reward and Employment (R&E) team is a rapidly growing part of the Workforce practice, consisting of 250 professionals. As a member of this team, you will advise clients on various areas, including Reward, Executive Compensation, Remuneration Regulation, Employee Performance, Pay Governance, and related tax and financial matters. Our clients rely on us for support in areas such as corporate reputation, executive pay, pay for performance, pay governance and fairness, cost control, and compliance with global rules and regulations.

As a graduate in the Reward and Employment team, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to advise clients in this complex and challenging field. Specific responsibilities may include advising clients on reward strategy, reviewing executive compensation disclosure and governance, preparing reports and guidance on legal, tax, and regulatory guidelines for pay, and providing research and data on market practices.
Joining us will allow you to learn about our business, build your networks, and work alongside specialists in your chosen area. You will receive on-the-job training to prepare you for client projects and gain insight into what matters to our clients, the economy, and the wider community. Our internships are designed to kickstart your career and may lead to opportunities to join one of our Graduate Programmes after graduation.
To be eligible, you should be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a confirmed one-year postgraduate place. You should also have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject.

Once you submit your application, you will have seven days to complete the online test, which is the first stage of our recruitment process. Assessment centers for this role will be held between December 18, 2023, and January 28, 2024, or February 19 and March 4, 2024. We will provide at least one week's notice for attendance.
