PwC's Northern Audit practice consists of regional offices in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Belfast. We provide high-quality external audits and audit-related services to clients of all sizes and sectors. Working in geographically unique markets, including the Energy and Renewables industry, you will have the opportunity to work with distinctive clients, understand their businesses, and receive coaching and support from experienced teams.

The Central Audit practice includes offices in Birmingham, East Midlands, Milton Keynes, Bristol, and Cardiff. With a rapidly growing dynamic marketplace and a diverse client base of over 500 clients, including entrepreneurial start-ups, major public sector organizations, and large global businesses, this is a fantastic place to build your career. You will have the opportunity to work on global projects, collaborating with PwC colleagues and clients around the world.

Our market-leading Insurance practice provides audits to numerous insurance companies, including listed companies and global groups, across all areas of insurance - Life, Non-Life, Lloyd's, and Broking. Joining our team will give you the chance to work with a variety of teams in an innovative sector. In London Audit, you will have the opportunity to audit clients across a diverse portfolio, ranging from owner-managed businesses and private equity-backed companies to large multinational and listed groups. We work with well-known brands in industries such as entertainment and media, pharmaceuticals, technology and communications, energy, utilities and mining, retail, hospitality and leisure, business services, construction, real estate, and the third sector. You will also have the chance to work on global projects, collaborating with PwC colleagues and clients worldwide.

Our Asset and Wealth Management team is a fast-growing business with a unique audit division offering a broad range of tailored audit services to assist asset management clients in overcoming complex challenges. Operating across the UK, our client base includes FTSE listed companies, private companies, and private equity and venture capitalist-backed companies. You will gain experience across various markets and industry sectors, including real estate, hedge funds, private equity, and asset and wealth management.

Our Banking and Capital Markets (B&CM) Audit practice is a market-leading banking audit practice, serving a wide range of clients, including global banks, brokers, challenger banks, and FinTechs. Joining our team will give you the opportunity to deliver audit services on both large and smaller audits, working on a diverse range of client roles. You will have the chance to help clients enhance or transform their operations and uphold the highest levels of audit quality.

PwC's South-East Commercial Audit business is one of the largest within the firm and a strategic priority for growth. We provide external audit and audit-related services to a broad range of clients, including large multinationals, tech start-ups, and companies in sectors such as engineering, financial services, gaming, and pharmaceuticals. As part of our team, you will work on large and complex projects while gaining unparalleled breadth of client experience.

Our Black Talent in Business programme is a three-day paid programme that provides an insight into a career at PwC. You will meet mentors and buddies who represent the diverse opportunities available within the company. You will also have the opportunity to hear from our Black colleagues about their personal career journeys and learn about our inclusion and diversity networks. This programme will help you develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace.

To be eligible for the programme, you must have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree in any subject. The programme is open to first-year undergraduate students on a three-year degree course or second-year undergraduate students on a four-year degree course. If you successfully complete the programme, you may be offered a place on our Summer Internship programme in July 2025.

The office locations for this role include Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Reading, Southampton, and Watford. During the recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your office location preferences, although we may not be able to offer your top choice.

As an auditor at PwC, you will provide market-leading audit services to a wide range of clients, including FTSE 100 companies. Our clients come from various industries, including banking and capital markets, private equity, insurance, and consumer finance. You will also study for your professional chartered accounting qualification with the support of your team, career coach, and buddy.
