Data Operations Manager

The Data Operations team at MG OMD is seeking a manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and open environment alongside a team of experts. They will work with prestigious accounts such as Specsavers, John Lewis Partnership, Virgin Media O2, British Airways, and HM Government. This is an exciting time to join the team as they expand their Ad Operations expertise to support clients in agency Data Operations, with a focus on effectively organizing data across accounts. The manager will oversee the training and development of the team to deliver top-notch Ad Operations and support the integration of new Data Operations processes. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, passionate, and forward-thinking, and will work with internal teams and external parties to achieve objectives. There may be opportunities to work directly with clients. Expert knowledge of ad serving, taxonomy, and tag management processes is required, as well as a dedication to improving team output. The candidate should possess a collaborative and proactive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
