EMEA Customs And Trade Compliance Specialist

We are currently seeking an EMEA Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end legalization process, including preparing documentation and obtaining legalization and certificates of origin. You will also drive standardization of import/export processes and internal control procedures, collaborate with local operations to integrate global trade activities, and ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations. Other duties include country of origin determination, HS determination, denied party screenings, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting trade compliance initiatives.

Qualifications and experience for this role include working and legal knowledge of customs and trade compliance regulations, a minimum of a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of business and/or compliance/regulatory experience, autonomy, methodological and precise approach, eagerness to learn, technological proficiency, good communication skills, and proficiency in professional English (additional languages are a plus).
