Job Description


Kennedys is seeking an Associate to join their Financial and Political Risks team in London. The role involves handling high-value coverage disputes for financial institutions, directors and officers (D&O), political risks, and crime coverage, as well as providing clear written advice to clients.

The Financial and Political Risks team at Kennedys handles a wide range of insurance disputes and litigation, with a focus on Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers Insurance, and Political Risks and Crime coverage. Their clients include general insurers and reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates, self-insured PLCs, and self-insuring government bodies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience, experience in coverage insurance litigation and arbitration, and preferably experience in Financial Institutions, D&O, Political Risks, and Crime coverage. Advisory experience and the ability to provide clear, concise advice to clients is also desirable.
