Security Services Manager

The Security Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various security operations related to IP related products for one of Pinkerton's largest global clients. This includes media content, user studies, data collection, campus secure moves, and events. The main objective is to ensure the mitigation of leaks, theft, or loss of confidential information. The role also involves supporting the development and improvement of security operations, ensuring team adherence to standard operating procedures, and coordinating product security with internal project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, planning, and executing daily Product Security Services operations
• Directing adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Developing procedures to mitigate the potential leak, theft, or loss of IP related products
• Using KPIs to ensure continuity and consistency of business best practices
• Implementing systems that fulfill the mission and goals of the department
• Preparing security service provider operations orders, daily activity reports, and after-action reviews
• Coordinating with security service providers and vendors for project staffing
• Supporting the development and improvement of security operations through best practices
• Partnering with internal project teams to plan and execute product security
• Performing site assessments and providing solutions/after-actions

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree, personnel management experience, logistics and inventory tracking management experience, project management experience, and vendor relationship experience. Additional certifications and knowledge of industry and government security programs are preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong physical security knowledge, be able to effectively manage a team, think creatively, have knowledge of international environments and business cultures, and possess emotional intelligence. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and make independent decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel domestically and internationally are necessary for this role.
