The FT's Professional business
The FT has established commercial relationships with over 5000 corporate, government, and education customers worldwide. These customers pay for access to FT's journalism on various media platforms, benefiting over 650,000 people. Professional customers are crucial to the FT's global growth strategy. FT Professional also licenses FT's content through syndication agreements with other publishers. This successful business consistently delivers double-digit revenue growth and impressive margins. Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role leads a team based in London and Manila. The role is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of the B2B marketing, customer success, sales, and support teams. This includes implementing marketing automation technology, developing new technology solutions, optimizing operational procedures, and managing existing solutions.
Job Description
- Lead teams in London and Manila, providing direction, coaching, objective setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Drive productivity and revenue growth across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support through initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with other teams to influence the successful rollout of new initiatives and products
- Provide updates on revenue operations initiatives to key stakeholders
- Measure the effectiveness of initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Optimize FT Professional technologies and solutions
- Evaluate and replace software, maintaining relationships with software providers
- Support the delivery of FT Professional strategies and objectives
Skills / Experience
- Significant leadership and management experience
- Strong team player and effective communicator
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation technologies
- Analytical and data literate
- Proficient in process mapping and optimization
- Excellent digital skills and understanding of marketing/sales technologies
- Strong project management skills
Preferred
- Experience in change management
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Marketo
