Job Description

HSBC is currently seeking an individual to join their team as a Data Migration Analyst - Transfer Agency. This role involves supporting the Data Migration Programme Manager in delivering migration activities, such as mapping and documenting migration transformation rules. The Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, making decisions, and delivering migrated data for a strategic client's TA client onboarding.

In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements for data migration needs. You will also perform source system data analysis to manage source to target data mapping and conduct migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another. Collaboration with Operations, consultants, delivery partners, subject matter experts, and Technology counterparts will be crucial in gathering requirements, clarifying design options, and implementing necessary guidance during the QA process.
