We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and architect innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, along with excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications
  • Conducting thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Performing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and conducting performance tuning
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

The key qualifications for this role include extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator, strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, and proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations. Other qualifications include a solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
