Job Description


We are currently seeking a Service Owner to join our public sector client in a hybrid role. This position offers a day rate of up to £799 (Inside IR35) and will require 2 days in the London office. The start date is ASAP, and the duration of the contract is 12 months.

The primary responsibility of the Service Owner will be to ensure that the operating systems and infrastructure are in compliance with specific commitments. This includes keeping all security and functional updates current and verified.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience delivering or supporting end user technology, with a strong knowledge of O365 and Windows 10. Additionally, experience in delivering technical change and service improvements in large organizations is essential. You should also have experience managing IT service delivery with large operational teams in complex organizations, as well as developing teams and raising performance standards.
