Market Research Interviewer - Full Time
Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals who possess a natural curiosity and enjoy engaging in conversations with people. If this sounds like you, then we have an exciting opportunity that will break you out of your daily routine. In this role, you will have the chance to meet new people, explore new places, and be a part of a journey that challenges the status quo and influences everyday things that impact us all.
At Ipsos UK, we are a globally recognized and leading market research company. We work with a diverse range of clients in business, media, research sectors, as well as local and national government. Our team prides itself on being curious, collaborative, and dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch insights and data. We value open-mindedness and teamwork in order to achieve common goals.
Whether you have no experience, are looking for a career change, or are already experienced in Market Research, we will invest in you. From the moment you join us, you will receive extensive training and one-on-one guidance. Our experienced interviewers will share valuable skills, and you will be fully briefed on our projects. Additionally, we provide a dedicated New Starter coach to support you through your first 6 weeks. Our goal is to ensure that you feel prepared and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
As an important member of our interviewer panel, your role will involve visiting homes in your local area (and potentially beyond) to gather the opinions and views of the general public throughout the year. You will utilize your persuasive skills to encourage individuals to participate in our surveys, allowing them to have an impact on the world with their opinions. Success in this role requires self-motivation, organization, and a target-driven mindset.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, even as a contractor. That is why we offer flexible working hours. You will work 35 hours per week (5 days) and have the freedom to choose which days you work, although at least one must be a weekend day. In order to interview a diverse range of people, you will be required to work some evening hours on weekdays. However, you have the flexibility to manage your start and end time each day, as long as it aligns with our project requirements. This makes our opportunity ideal for individuals who desire the stability of a full-time position and salary while also needing flexibility in their work schedule.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive compensation, including an annual salary of £25,000. You will also have the opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses of up to £2,000 per annum. We provide pension contributions and cover your travel expenses during work-related trips. Additionally, you will have access to our wellbeing and discount platform, which offers vouchers and savings on everyday items. We reimburse mileage costs and provide dedicated support teams to assist you. Our accredited training period includes live support, online learning, and one-to-one coaching. We also offer opportunities for career development and progression, as well as access to interviewer communities through social media and in-person coffee mornings.
If you believe you are the right fit for this position and have a car, we encourage you to apply now and begin your journey. By joining us, you will gain accreditation through our award-winning training program and have the satisfaction of knowing that your work makes a difference and brings about change on both a local and national level.
We are proud to be recognized as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2023.
