Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Candidate:
- Strong work ethic (this is not your average 9-5 job)
- Proven history of high achievement
- Outstanding communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Interest in business and a student mentality
- Resilience
- Hungry to be successful and competitive
- 2.1 Degree from a top 40 university (desirable but not essential)
What we need from you:
- Proven track record in sales (know your figures)
- 6 months in a direct sales role (telesales, door to door, fundraising, car sales, broking, business development, estate agency, lettings, etc.)
- Winning attitude and a desire to succeed
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Package:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Full 12-month training scheme
