We are currently hiring for Entry Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles with immediate start. Our client is one of the fastest growing global Recruitment firms in the UK, with offices in London, New York, and Germany. We have found that individuals with car sales experience possess the work ethic, financial hunger, and resilience needed to be successful in recruitment. We provide comprehensive, tailored training to equip you with the skills and tools necessary to thrive as a recruitment consultant. Last year, one of our trainees made £120k in their first year.

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, building relationships, and finding top talent for their vacancies. This involves cold calling, networking, head-hunting, and utilizing our company database. This is a direct sales role, where your ability to sell is crucial for hitting targets and achieving success. We are looking for ambitious, competitive, driven, money-motivated individuals with a strong understanding of recruitment.
