Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Background

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a sales background. Interviews for this role will be conducted within the next 1-2 weeks, with a start date expected in the next 3-4 weeks. If you are able to interview and start a new role within these time frames, please apply. Thank you.

As a Recruitment Consultant, we look for individuals who are competitive and motivated by money. In this role, you can expect a basic salary of £25,000 in your first year, with an OTE of £50,000. We offer two companywide holiday targets per year and a top billers club. Our main markets are finance and technology, and our office is located near Liverpool Street Station.

In this target-driven environment, you can expect a very social culture with regular drinks and socials. There is also high uncapped commission potential. Cold calling is a part of this role.
