3X Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience

We are currently seeking 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team in London. While sales experience is favourable, it is not essential for this role. Our ideal candidates will be driven, passionate, and hungry for success. The salary for this position is £28,000 basic with uncapped commission and luxurious incentives, including holidays and lunch clubs. The start date for this role is ASAP.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including daily cold calling to new and existing clients, managing the recruitment lifecycle, bringing on new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, money hungry, and serious about starting a career in recruitment.
