Recruitment Consultant - Opportunity (Epsom)
My client, a reputable recruitment agency located in Epsom, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant. Our agency prides itself on client satisfaction and candidate success, connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Twickenham.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your student loan repayment while building a successful career in recruitment. As a recent graduate burdened with student loans, this is the perfect opportunity for you to start paying them off quickly.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, building relationships with clients, strategizing recruitment methods, managing the entire recruitment process, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and target-driven, possess excellent organizational and time management abilities, and have the adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or internship in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not essential.
In return, we offer a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure, ongoing training and mentorship, the opportunity to work with diverse clients and candidates, a collaborative team environment, and a convenient location in Twickenham with excellent transport links.
If you're looking for a rewarding career where you are rewarded for your hard work, have unlimited commission potential, and enjoy transparent progression opportunities, send your CV to James Atkinson at SW6 to discuss exceptional opportunities.
We consider all experience from different domains, including business development, lettings agents, estate agency, media sales, promotional work, door to door sales, brokering, insurance brokerage, trading, inbound or outbound calls, B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, fundraising, graduate management, and more.
