Position: Specialist Dosa Chef De Partie

Employer: Fine dining Indian Restaurant

Salary: £26,600 to £28,000

Location: Manor Park, East London

Working days / hours: 38 to 40 hours within a 5-day week

Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income boosting incentives, employers workplace pension

Prospects: Salary review; promotion, recognition, and reward for outstanding performance

Your responsibilities will include the preparation of complex regional Indian Dosa and delicacies, as well as training and supervising junior Chefs. You will also be responsible for various kitchen operation duties. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements: eligibility to live and work in the UK, top-level skills and mastery in the preparation of authentic Indian Dosa, previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non-UK applicants), and residency within a commutable distance of up to 1 hour.

In addition, you should be performance, achievement, and results-driven, have an eye for detail, able to work well with others, creative, energetic, passionate about delivering culinary excellence, hardworking, fastidious, and conscientious. You should also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

This vacancy is open to candidates worldwide as well as in the UK.
