HR Payroll And Systems Manager

Job Description


The National Gallery is seeking a skilled HR Payroll and Systems Manager to join their Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of our HR Team during an exciting time as we approach the Gallery's 200th birthday in 2024.

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively implementing and further developing our HRIS, ensuring optimal utilization of the system and anticipating future requirements. You will also be responsible for processing two monthly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports for management authorization of BACS submissions, HMRC payments, pension payments, and other relevant third-party payments, as well as manual payments made outside of payroll such as salary advances.

We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in iTrent (Midland HR), significant experience in payroll processing roles, and experience working with Civil Service Pension Schemes.

The salary for this position is £43,575 per annum, and the working hours are 35 hours per week. Hybrid working is available, with 2-3 days per week spent onsite.
