Job Description


People's Partnership is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work both remotely and in our office. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all social media activity for People's Partnership. We are a provider of The People's Pension and this role will play a key role in managing our social media channels, implementing a new strategy, and creating and publishing high-quality content. Reporting to the Head of Brand and External Communications, you will work closely with the Marketing team to develop a new social media roadmap and distribute engaging digital content to external audiences.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree (or equivalent experience) and proven experience as a social media manager. You should have a track record of creating successful organic campaigns and excellent communication skills. Problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset are essential, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, creative, and have advanced skills in social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Hootsuite. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is desirable.
