Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Basic Salary: £23K (£30-40k 1st year OTE, £50-60k 2nd year, £70k 3rd year)

Who will you be working for as a graduate recruitment consultant? My client is a leading international recruitment consultancy with a strong brand name within the recruitment industry and an excellent reputation. They specialise in Actuarial & Risk, Engineering and ICT. They have a specialist consultative approach, deep market knowledge and a thorough delivery process. You will benefit from the most generous commission structure in the industry. Once you start successfully placing candidates and generating a fee income you will be paid commission on the total of the fees you generate. As well as being set targets for incentives such as holidays, Ipads, Watches and Lunch Clubs at some of the UKs top venues.
The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
You will begin as a resourcer before moving on to the full 360 role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Candidate attraction and generation through the use of job boards, social media and head-hunting.
- Candidate update calls.
- Candidate screening, candidate interviews and assessments.
- Developing my clients market awareness through proactive sourcing methods.
- Promoting their brand through word of mouth, referrals and media.
Candidate Requirements for graduate recruitment consultants:
- You will need to be a high calibre graduate with a degree of a 2:1 or above.
- You will have strong A Levels and be polished, articulate and confident.
- You should also ideally have 3 months B2B sales experience with a good track record (this will strengthen your application)
- You are entrepreneurial, determined and driven with a real will to succeed.
