Programme Lead - Transport Delivery Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Programme Lead - Transport Delivery Manager to join our thriving consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new and innovative solutions within the Transport, Defence, Government, National Security, and Public Sector industries.
We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in the Bus and Coach Transport sector, particularly in digital and software applications change and transformation projects. As a Programme Lead, you will be deployed into experienced teams on various programmes within our transport portfolio.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering the full programme delivery lifecycle
- Utilizing your technical/IT background to manage change and transformation projects, with a focus on software applications
- Implementing data services
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) to address future needs
- Delivering multiple complex deliverables within specified time frames
- Providing leadership and management across complex programmes
- Managing diverse stakeholders
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in bus and coach programmes, specifically in software applications. This position is based in London, with a hybrid work model of 2-3 days onsite per week depending on programme requirements.
