We Will Invest In You:

No experience? No problem. Whether you are looking to start a career, switch fields, or already have experience in market research, we will provide extensive training and one-on-one guidance from the moment you join us. Our experienced interviewers will pass on valuable skills, and we will provide thorough briefings on our projects. Additionally, you will have a dedicated New Starter coach to support you throughout your first six weeks. We strive to ensure you feel well-prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Your Role:

As a valuable member of our interviewer panel, your responsibilities will include visiting homes in your local area (and possibly beyond) to gather the perspectives and opinions of the British public year-round. You will utilize your talents to persuade individuals to participate in our surveys, allowing their opinions to have a meaningful impact on the world. Having access to a car is a requirement for this role. Typically, you will be expected to travel within a 30-mile radius of your home address while working. Rest assured, we will reimburse your mileage expenses. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet targets. This position offers flexible hours, with the expectation that you work some evenings and weekends to achieve your goals. However, you have the freedom to choose when to work, as long as you commit to a minimum of 2-3 days (12-18 hours) per week.

We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: £12 per hour guaranteed during the 8-week training period; holiday allowance; pension contributions; fortnightly pay cycle; access to a wellbeing and discount platform offering vouchers and savings; competitive rates in the sector once you transition to performance pay, with average rates ranging from £14.00 - £17.00 per hour based on project requirements.
