Job Description


BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team in the UK. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for helping individuals, teams, and organizations embrace and implement Agile ways of working. You will guide, coach, and mentor teams to thrive in complex environments and ensure adherence to Agile theory and practices. Your role will involve facilitating stakeholder collaboration, removing barriers, and promoting self-organization within the team. You will also support healthy team dynamics and create psychologically safe environments for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for Agile, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to coach and mentor others.
